1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing lodi666.app, creating an account, or placing any real-money wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all lodi666 players regardless of how they access the platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any future dedicated application.

lodi666 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of lodi666 after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The version posted on this page is always the current operative version, marked with the date it was last updated.

2Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play at lodi666. This is a firm requirement under Philippine law and lodi666 policy. lodi666 actively verifies player ages during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and any balance — including deposits and winnings — will be voided without refund.

2.2 Eligible Jurisdictions

lodi666 is operated to serve players in the Philippines. You represent and warrant that your use of lodi666 does not violate any laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using lodi666 is legal where you are located at the time of access.

2.3 Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid Philippine mobile number.
• Each individual may hold only one lodi666 account. Registering more than one account for any reason constitutes a violation of these Terms.
• You must not register or play on behalf of another person.
• Corporate accounts and accounts registered by legal entities are not permitted without prior written approval from lodi666.

2.4 KYC Verification

lodi666 conducts identity verification in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. Players will be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (SSS, PhilHealth, UMID, passport, or driver's license) and proof of payment method ownership before large withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal processing delays. KYC documents are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lodi666 login credentials. You agree to notify lodi666 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. lodi666 will never request your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. Any bets or transactions made under your account credentials will be treated as authorized by you unless you have reported a security breach.

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

lodi666 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account, with or without notice, in cases including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse
• Duplicate account registration
• Failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the player

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, lodi666 will communicate the reason and expected timeline to the player via registered contact details.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or real-money activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. After this period, lodi666 may deduct a monthly administrative fee of ₱50 from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account becomes active again. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

lodi666 accepts deposits via the following methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The maximum single deposit amount and daily deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day depending on the receiving institution.
• lodi666 charges no fees on standard withdrawals. Bank or e-wallet processing fees charged by third-party providers are outside lodi666's control.

4.3 Currency

All transactions at lodi666 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱, PHP). lodi666 does not currently accept foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player through their payment provider are the player's responsibility.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

lodi666 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail for that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds at lodi666 are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings generated from them can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus — expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be abusing bonuses — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus conditions, or placing bets designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — will have their bonuses voided, any related winnings forfeited, and may have their account suspended.

5.4 VIP Cashback Exception

Weekly VIP cashback credited under the lodi666 VIP Club program is explicitly exempt from wagering requirements. VIP cashback is credited as immediately withdrawable real cash every Monday and does not require any further play before withdrawal. This exception applies solely to VIP Club cashback and not to other bonus types.

6Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All RNG (Random Number Generator) games at lodi666 are certified by independent testing agencies for fairness and randomness. Game outcomes are determined by certified software with no influence from lodi666 operators or any external party. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

6.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios and managed by trained dealers under supervision. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live dealer game, the hand or round will be resolved according to the state of the game at the point of disconnection if a result was already determinable. Otherwise, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

6.3 Betting Disputes

In cases of manifest system error — including incorrect odds posted, software malfunctions, or communication errors — lodi666 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. lodi666's decision on disputed bets, made following a fair investigation, is final. Players may raise a dispute via Live Chat or email within 7 days of the affected event.

6.4 Sports Betting

All sports bets at lodi666, including boxing and MMA markets, are subject to official event results as recognized by the relevant sanctioning body. In-play bets placed after the result of an event was determinable but before the platform recorded the result may be voided at lodi666's discretion.

7VIP Club Terms

Membership in the lodi666 VIP Club is automatic — all registered players are enrolled at Bronze tier from the moment they complete their first real-money transaction. Tier progression is based on cumulative wagering activity tracked in real time.

• VIP points are earned on all real-money wagers placed across casino games and sports betting markets.
• Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses (total wagered minus total won) over the Monday-to-Sunday period and credited the following Monday.
• Cashback credited under the VIP Club program carries no wagering requirement and is immediately withdrawable.
• Tier downgrades may occur if activity falls below the maintenance threshold for a tier over a rolling 90-day period. Players will be notified before any downgrade takes effect.
• VIP benefits, cashback rates, and tier thresholds may be updated by lodi666 with 14 days' notice to affected players.

8Responsible Gaming

lodi666 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all players directly in their account settings, without needing to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Duration Alerts: Set a time-based notification after a defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and net session result.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the period selected (minimum 6 months). During self-exclusion, lodi666 will not send promotional communications.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at lodi666 and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or loopholes for financial gain
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with lodi666 games or systems
• Money laundering, or using lodi666 for any financial activity that violates applicable law
• Chargebacks on legitimate transactions
• Harassing or threatening lodi666 staff, dealers, or other players
• Attempting to access lodi666 systems beyond your own account

10Intellectual Property

All content on lodi666.app — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the property of lodi666 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use lodi666.app solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from lodi666 without prior written permission from lodi666. Unauthorized use of lodi666 intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lodi666 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of lodi666
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
• Service interruptions caused by internet outages, maintenance, third-party failures, or events beyond lodi666's reasonable control
• Losses arising from your failure to keep account credentials secure
• Decisions made by you based on information provided on the platform that does not constitute professional advice

lodi666's total liability to any player for any cause of action arising from or related to these Terms or the use of lodi666 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12Privacy & Data

lodi666 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering at lodi666, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. In summary:

• Personal and financial data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption
• lodi666 does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes
• Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulators where required by law
• Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data subject to legal retention requirements

13Amendments

lodi666 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of lodi666 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you may close your account and withdraw your available balance before the effective date.

14Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through lodi666's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.

If you are a player based in the Philippines and have a dispute that lodi666's support team has not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority. lodi666 cooperates fully with regulatory investigations and player protection proceedings.
